Overview

Britton, SD, adopted the current Uniform Building Code. Britton, SD, Municipal Code § 15.04.010 (adopt). However, as the UBC is no longer published, it seems reasonable to suspect that this may be an oversight that is has not been updated. Therefore, the current ICC Codes (2015 IBC, IRC) which have since replaced the UBC, likely apply.
